3. Dietary needs and allergies. Ask privately, such as with a short form or a calendar note. People are often more honest in writing than in a meeting.
4. Timing. Decide when people will eat and work backward. Add a cushion for pickup.
5. One owner. Pick one person who places the order and one backup. This one step prevents most duplicate orders.

Choosing food that works for a mixed team
A short menu is useful for groups, because a few choices cover most preferences.
- Meat eaters: Grilled Chicken Melt, Turkey Club and Cheesy Beef Melt.
- Vegetarians: the Hummus Wrap has no meat.
- Pork: the Turkey Club contains pork because of the bacon, so people who avoid pork should choose another item.
