Real Fruit Smoothie Near Me: What Goes in the Jar at Tiffins ToGo
What is actually in a Tiffins ToGo smoothie: frozen fruit, Greek yogurt or almond milk and a little honey or syrup, no ice, blended to order in Las Colinas. Full ingredient lists, sizes and in-store prices.

When you search for a real fruit smoothie near me, you usually want to know one thing: what is actually in the cup. At Tiffins ToGo in Las Colinas, the answer is short. Each smoothie is frozen fruit blended with Greek yogurt and milk, or with almond milk and almond butter, and sweetened with a little honey or syrup. We add no ice. We blend every cup when you order, 9 AM to 10 PM daily, and you can order on DoorDash or Uber Eats.

What "real fruit" means at our counter
"Real fruit" can mean a lot of things on a menu board. Here is exactly what it means for us, taken from the prep cards our staff use.
- The fruit is frozen fruit. Mango chunks, pineapple chunks and whole strawberries come to us frozen. We say that plainly because some people assume "real fruit" means fresh-cut, and ours is not.
- We freeze our own banana. Ripe bananas are peeled, cut into pieces and frozen at the counter before they go into a smoothie.
- There is no ice. The frozen fruit is what makes the drink cold and thick, so it is not watered down.
- We sweeten each smoothie with a little honey or syrup. Most of the flavor comes from the fruit. If you would like it less sweet, ask at the counter.
- Every cup is blended to order. Nothing is premixed in a pitcher.
The three real fruit smoothies near you in Las Colinas
Every smoothie comes in 16 oz ($5.99 in store) or 24 oz ($7.99 in store). These are the ingredient lists. Each one is also sweetened with a little honey or syrup.
Strawberry Banana Velvet
Frozen whole strawberries, frozen banana, plain whole-milk Greek yogurt and whole milk. It is the most classic of the three. If you want to know more about why we use Greek yogurt in it, read our post on the strawberry banana smoothie.
Golden Mango Velvet
Frozen mango chunks, frozen banana, plain whole-milk Greek yogurt and whole milk. It is thick, mellow and very mango-forward.

Pineapple Mango Green
Frozen mango and pineapple chunks, frozen chopped spinach, almond milk and a small spoon of creamy almond butter. It has no dairy milk, no yogurt and no banana. It contains almond. The spinach turns it green, and it is blended longer than the other two so you do not get flecks. We wrote a whole post on what goes in a green smoothie.

The ingredients are on the wall, too
You do not have to take this page's word for it. The flyer on our front door says "real-fruit smoothies," and inside, the TV menu above the counter prints the ingredients under each smoothie name: mango, Greek yogurt, banana and whole milk for Golden Mango Velvet, and so on. The Pineapple Mango Green line is marked dairy-free, contains tree nuts (almond). The same screen shows 16 oz for $5.99 and 24 oz for $7.99, and a note that says "Have an allergy? Ask our staff before you order."

How we load the blender
This is the part you never see from the counter. Our prep cards say to load the jar in a set order: the liquid first, then the yogurt or almond butter, then the spinach, then the banana, and the frozen fruit last, on top. The weight of the frozen fruit presses everything down onto the blades, so the smoothie blends evenly without anyone adding extra liquid to get it moving. Adding liquid would thin it out, so the card tells staff not to.
We also wash and sanitize the jar after every Pineapple Mango Green, because it contains almond and the other two contain milk. If you tell us about an allergy, we do the same before your drink. Even so, we cannot guarantee any item is free of a given allergen.
A real fruit smoothie near me, delivered
If you are not close enough to walk in, both delivery apps carry all three smoothies. A few honest notes:
- Prices on DoorDash and Uber Eats are about 15% higher than in store, because of app commissions.
- Each app shows its own delivery estimate before you pay. That estimate is the app's, not ours.
- Drink it soon after it arrives. A smoothie made from frozen fruit with no ice is at its thickest when it is fresh. It softens as it sits.
- On a combo, we blend the smoothie last, after your sandwich is made, so it leaves the counter as cold as possible.

Make it lunch
A smoothie pairs well with a toasted sandwich. Any sandwich with a 16 oz smoothie is $14.95 in store, the Hummus Wrap with a 16 oz smoothie is $13.95, and a 24 oz smoothie adds $2. The sandwiches are the Grilled Chicken Melt, the Cheesy Beef Melt and the Turkey Club. See everything on our menu or on our smoothie page.
Why frozen fruit and no ice
People sometimes ask why we use frozen fruit instead of fresh fruit and ice. The short answer is texture and consistency. Ice melts and waters down a drink, so it starts thick and gets thin fast. Frozen fruit does the same cooling job without adding water, so the flavor stays strong from the first sip to the last.
Which real fruit smoothie should you pick?
If you like a tart, bright drink, start with Strawberry Banana Velvet. If you want something rich and mellow, Golden Mango Velvet is the one. If you avoid dairy milk, or you like a smoothie with greens in it, choose Pineapple Mango Green. Not sure? Order a 16 oz of two flavors and share them, which is a good way to find your favorite for next time.
